Thank you so much & that is definitely the truth. It can be disheartening to only lose like .6lbs or .2lbs at a time and it seemed like it took forever. Feels much better though eating healthy smaller portions bc you don't feel like as full & bloated and gross haha

Congrats on your progress! You look fabulous :)
-
Thank you soooo much. You two (and everyone else!!) are so kind! Keep up your own great work & it is totally achievable, you've got this :D

thank you! and i totally agree it is MUCH easier having someone else to help keep you on track and vice versa. and plus they never give you weird looks when you turn down junk food & have something healthy instead (aka both of our families lol!)

Thank you sooo much everyone :) Everyone is wayyyy too nice!!

I don't know how you feel about watching TV but I like to throw on Rob & Big while I run at the gym lol. I've tried to read magazines or books while doing it but I feel like I'm bouncing around too much to keep my eyes on the same line. Maybe if you had a movie going or a show you like it'd keep you distracted (this of…

I have despised running my entire life. I've always hated it. Running that "mile" in gym class was like the worst day ever. Then I discovered C25k.... I never thought it'd be possible, I always sucked at running, never had any interest in liking it because it was so miserable to do... but I figured whatever, I need to…

SO PROUD OF YOU GIRL!!!

no shred for me yesterday or today! day 7 or technically workout 9 of level 1 tomorrow though!

Level 1 Day 6 (technically workout #8, though!) done! Felt easier today... a lot easier. And whoever said that Natalie girl is a cheating b*tch, they're right. I never noticed before today but when you're doing punches for cardio, she sits less into it than the 'beginner" girl!!!!!!!!!!

i just finished my 30 day shred about 20 minutes ago! it definitely started out ROUGH and i was really frustrated because i felt so weak. i'm still only on day 6 of level 1 but i feel stronger and it feels like it's getting easier. i've seen some incredible success posts on MFP with amazing before/after photos and I'm…

i hate to agree but i do the same. probably because i'm OCD though and don't want to break my routine. do you run outside or on a treadmill? i noticed when i was running outside i was getting them a lot more often than when i run on a treadmill. my splints always seemed to hurt more AFTER i ran then when i was actually…

I'm doing 30 day shred but I'm only on Level 1 Day 6 - I haven't noticed an extreme drop in weight specifically, I suppose but I'm also doing C25K along with it. I just finished up with week 6 so from here on out I'm doing just straight running for 20-30 minutes so I would imagine any weight loss is probably going to come…

wow !! you look incredible! i'm on level 1 day 6 lol.
