Almost there!

I'm 33 pounds down and almost to my goal! In January I made the decision to live a healthier life. I am eating healthier, exercising and not using food as a crutch. I log everything I eat and tend to log ahead so I can fit in all the evening snacks I desire (mostly popcorn and sometimes chocolate). I really owe a lot to MFP. It has made it so much easier and fun!
