  • my friend is currently on week 2 of the dukan diet and has lost 11 pounds... but she loves meat .. i personally dont agree with diets... i stick to eating healthy and watching my calories. I have also read that even though the Dukan diet maybe a quick fix as soon as you go back to normal eating your weight comes back…

  • I used to wear size 16 (uk) all over......now almost 50 pounds later .. I am at 10-12 on top ... and a 12-14 on the bottom..Im 5'7 ...i guess it all depends on your frame too... mine doesent seem like a lot 'pant' wise but i certainly look different lol ! :) Interesting thread !

  • hey!!! yay loving all these ideas... the one mentioned about burning more calories everyday even if it is just by one is great and challenging ! as i often get stuck in a rut of doing the same exercise and burning the same cals.. but this means we get a rest day or 2 aswell or not ? i usually try to take at least one rest…

  • Im 25 and getting married in november. There isnt a right age to get married. Just do it when it feels right . Marriage is about love and when you have met the right person you will want to marry them immediately ! :heart:
  • are you sure your eating enough before hand? .. sometimes if i havent eaten for a few hours and go to eat something small i then realise how hungry i am ....
