I think if you havent done a jillian dvd before then the shred is a good way to start .. i loved the shred and now im doing ripped in 30 and it is definetly harder ! either are really good tho ! :)

Yes I agree that I cannot spot reduce.. i just didnt want to work more on toning .. thinking that that would get rid of my wobbly bits .. when in fact another method could work for me instead ... thanks for the tips!

I dont know how i did it but at uni i was also short of being anorexic.. surviving off an apple and a weightwatchers soup a day with 2 hours in the gym .. lost a lot of weight ..gained some gall stones as i wasnt getting proper nutrition and ended up in hospital with my gall bladder out! NEVER AGAIN! i learned the hard way…

it would influence my choices for the better and i would presonally love it .. rather than having to guess what i ate. In the long run I think it would be good for everyone - maybe good for less obesity and unhealthiness give people a wake-up call for there health :)
