hey im 5'7..... started out at 195 and now down to 146- my goal was originally 150 ..but i thought i want to keep going and get to 140.... im happy where i am though as long as i maintain .. 140 is a definete bonus..but not sure if i could maintain it! so happy to see all you 5'7 ladies with similar and realistic goals :)…

hey i finished on saturday!!!! i have to say for the last 3-4 workouts i went back to level 1 .. i found it more challenging than level 2 and level 2 was killing my knees... i broke my plateau which is good.. out os the 150's to goo i am now 146 ... i will do measurements tonight! keep up the good work ladies!

hey soooo in order to save money i have transitioned from the gym to home workouts.... and i have to say im getting better results at home.. i got JM 30 DS....BFBM and 6WK 6 PK...i too enjoy being able to work out in any scruffy clothing..and messy hair lol ! and i like the fact that i dont need to travel home afterwards..…

hey so im on week 2 of level 2.. i am actually enjoying level 2 compared to gruelling level 1...il post weight and measurements tommorow!!! anyone finding that level 2 doesnet work your abs as much ? i mean a feel it but not like level 1!

HEY ! i moved on to level 2 this week!...doing day 4 and 5 of level 2 on sat and sun...i have to say i found level 2 easier than level one.... but its still hard !! i like the challenge.. let me know how you ladies do :)

hey i have done the shred in my small flat so you should be fine... i started off using tinned food as weights and a towel as a mat ! hahha! that was until i got a mat and weights but i still saw good results and yes u should do it for 30 days straight from the best results !

hmmm i think you are under eating .. when i work out having not eaten enough during the day i feel awful after ...sick, headachey and no energy ... i think up your cals have some extra snacks and see how u get on !

mines called aqua fit but logged as aqua aerobics!! its fun and i hope u enjoy ! its less pressure on the joints and muscles that normal aerobics so thats nice but is still hard work !

Are u staying within your sodium levels ? ...if you say you are eating salty seaweed the slat could be holding on to some water ! i dont think the nightime eating is a problem .. i eat my dinner at 8 or 9 all throughout my weightloss and it hasnt affected me :0)
