Actually, it's a triple burger with cheese and bacon. And they do cancel each other out. That person above doesn't know what they are talking about.

Got 'em and love 'em. They do take some getting used to at first or you'll have sore feet if you wear for long durations.

You shouldn't need wifi to sync. You should be able to do it utilizing phone signal alone, unless you're somewhere without any phone signal !!!!!! We do a lot of camping and probably eat better camping than we do at home. Take lots of fruits and trail mix and cut up vegetables for snacking.

The only thing that matters is RESULTS. If you're still getting weight loss results like you're expecting, then don't sweat it, regardless of how many people on here tell you you have to be exact as possible. If, however, you're not seeing the results.............then you're not being honest enough to yourself.

Just weigh it again after you cook it. For example - cook a pound of pasta then drain and weigh. Then divide cooked weight by 8 servings (2 oz. dry) and you have your cooked weight for a single serving..... The same volume of pasta can weigh more or less depending on how al dente it is cooked. I'd let your body reset. Eliminate your calorie deficit and back off significantly on the exercise. Concentrate on just eating healthy without over-indulgence for about two weeks then start getting back after it.........

It's the same oil as what you use in a bottle, just in miniscule quantities. Don't be fooled by the claims on the can.....if you spray long enough, it has just as much fat and calories as regular cooking oil.

I use Body Fortress Whey Protein. I prefer the vanilla over the chocolate, but that's just personal preference. I had originally bought it as a smoothie additive, but now drink it minus the smoothie. When you mix 1 scoop with 1 cup skim milk, it kinda reminds me of a melted McDonald's vanilla milkshake. NOT AT ALL chalky.
