Yeah I was thinking that it probably wouldn't be that much. I'm just too particular I guess lol. Would things like squats burn calories, or is that just strengthening as well?

I am the EXACT same way! I am having a realllllly hard time not weighing myself every day. One of my friends on here and I are trying to do only Tuesdays. We are helping each other stick to it. If you want to switch to Tuesdays and join us, you're more then welcome! Good luck!

Breakfast varies for me, but usually toast and peanut butter or something of the sort. A yogurt lots of days too. For lunch, I usually have a salad, and I add chicken into it for protein. Dinner is my hardest meal. It varies a lot, but I usually am able to stay under my calorie goal. As for exercises, I go to the gym a lot…

I think what frustrates me is that some days I weigh myself and it seems like I've gained. Then I get frustrated. I really need to jump on this whole one day a week weighing thing.

Ok, I'll be honest. It was a piece (not a big one I don't think) of chocolate cake because it was my friend's birthday. One of the estimates on here was about 338....does that sound too low to ya'll? I can't decide.

I'm confused about this too....why wouldn't having less calories help? I did this before about a year ago, where I swear I took in even less calories then I am now...and I lost like 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Ahhh that makes sense! Thank you! I just assumed if I had less calories I would lose more weight. Silly me, I guess I didn't take everything into account.

That makes sense....sorta. Hahaha leave it to my brain to not comprehend anything lol. So if it says today that I have 393 calories remaining after eating and exercising....is that ok? Or is that actually too low?
