  • The HRM is reading your heart rate and then uses the personal info (your age, weight, and height) to calculate your actual calories burned where MFP uses a generic model to calculate this amount. The HRM is going to be more accurate in my opinion because it "knows" you. where MFP just knows a chart. Its kinda like the BMI…

  • I get the late night snack cravings too and I have found that most the time a crunchy snack is what I want so I eat a few veggie straws. There great tasting and very low in calories and sugars and such... and a servings size is 38 straws... yep thats more than you get in that tiny bag of chips.

  • I made this tonight I did use a mexican blend of cheese that was 2% milk so lower fat than normal but not fat free. I was awesome and incredible. I can only eat a small bit but waw was it the best thing I have had in weeks. Here is what mine looked like:
