:huh: i'd say while losing the weight you'll gain some confidence but i don't think this should hinder you from attracting said hot girl, do you know if she does or doesn't prefer a girl with curves?

so.... i make that 9 days, i'd say water weight, maybe even muscle growth or a combination of the two, keep at it, make sure your calories are right for your activity level and eat back what you burn, do this for the next............ month then weigh again and you'll see results

not to mention protein is generally low in calories anyway, the reason america is overweight is they eat too much of everything, in particular carbs, and unhealthy fats, if americans were to eat more protein and less of the other two they probably wouldn't be overweight

on road, up and down terrain roughly for 4.5 miles, thats stopping for a couple of mins to let the shin splints subside after a really steep hill too, should i be thinking of this competetively then? lol

i see walking more like strength training and running full on cardio, idk if this true or not lol but i find muscles popping up from walking where running seems to tone up
