i'm using this to gain weight and it helps massively, you set yourself a daily calorie goal and work towards it all the same, the app isn't particularly geared for weight gain but it's still helped me no end if she decides to use this site she can feel free to add me for some pointers and support and a little weight gain…

it was started over 60 years ago and now they feel the need to get revenge... they have a population half the size of england and the country is tiny, they have an enemy that is allied with the US in their country with roughly 30,000 us troops there already... it's safe to say the odds aren't really in their favour to…

PHD synergy, their flavours taste nice and an all round clean product ETA: made with fat free milk you're talking 36g of protein for a 400ml serving, personally i have mine in the morning and i wouldn't make my protein goal without it

depends what was hanging out.... unless you mean where you were in which case were you hanging? were you outside? i tend to find people get confused with hanging out and sitting in

for my cardio i do a 2 hour walk in two stints an hour a piece on a sunday walk as fast as you can to complete the hour rest for a good time, get some food and return the journey, you'll burn 1000 calories if you can get to 4mph factor in your food break... 700? do that every week you'll be in good stead for the weights…

mine is that the counter thing only works for people losing weight instead of gaining also if i lose when trying to gain and log it the status thing is like twelfty lost 0.6kg!!! yay for him!!! wooo!!........ :grumble: also it seems no foods in the UK contain potassium so i have no idea if i'm having enough or not :/ oh…

you can do it again, like i say at 205 you're by no means overweight don't sweat it, at 4 months the hormones from pregnancy haven't even left your body yet, they say it takes a year for your body to return to it's normal state (hormone wise) which is probably why it took so long the last time too you have the fantastic…

i dread to think what you curl compared to me :noway: ETA: at 4 months i have to ask are you still breast feeding? that's got to count for a bit of that weight if you are, also i consider myself skinny so add a few womanly bits and i'm saying 200 ish is about right anyway isn't it?

gain more muscle mass in these areas and reduce your body fat % and it will go

that's a ****ish thing to say, and why the question was posed in the first place, you must have lots of friends... which reflects on here too, what a suprise
-
i log what i'm about to eat to make sure i'm hitting my target incase i need to add anything
-
to me it sounds like you're struggling with a few things but most of it just your mental approach to things move your obsession with food to a healthy need for logging, try not worry yourself with this 6 meals a day BS and eat when is right for you, at 1200 calories imo it's low... but if that is what you're going to have…
-
also another one to keep in mind salt makes you retain more water than normal so if you had a fair bit of salt it could just be that that's made you keep that lb, eat clean for a few days and you'll see it go back to normal
-
you can burn off anything you overeat in a day easily having a chocolate bar once a week isn't going to make you overweight if the rest of your diet is good
-
this balance is everything 0.8g per lb of lean body mass (workout your body fat % then remove this percentage from your total body weight and you're in the field) then work out what you need carbs and fat from that depending on activity level eat extra calories and burn them off to help your metabolism speed up
