  • When I am on the run I almost always eat a kids meal :) most are in the 400-500 cal range, and I enjoy playing with the toy afterwards :)
  • Well I gained the "freshman 15" and then some... and that is when I also acquired 36G's. I have now lost most of that weight I gained but guess what??? I am still lugging these big jugs around :( Would anyone like to borrow some "boobage" :D!
  • I know that it sounds odd, but I would totally have a breast reduction! I have lost almost 30 pounds, but my breasts have not shrunk 1 inch! I feel like I am going to tip over! these 36G's have GOT to go! :)
  • Just eat at least 1200/day, then whatever you WANT to from the calories earned from working out. I usually stick to the 1200/day and try not to eat my workout calories. It's been working good for me :)

  • I don't know if this is an option for you, but the machines where I go have a TV on them. It's friggen awesome, I always have to see the end of the show that I am seeing, so thus, I have to keep going (the TV shuts off when the machine is off).
  • I eat my first meal of the day, then log that. Usually my first meal is my biggest one. After that, I plan what I am going to eat for the rest of the day and log that in my thingy, so I know what I can eat for the rest of the day, it works brilliantly for me.
  • I am not 100% sure this is what you want, but I'll have a go at it... Go to "track food," then go to the bottom and hit the green button that says "Complete this Entry" Then it will say "If every day were like today... You'd weigh blahblahblah lbs in 5 weeks. Hope this helps, I use this a lot too, I feel it motivates me as…
