You can do pretty good at Chipotle or Qdoba with burrito bowls and "naked" taco salads :)

I was also going to say Chipotle. Try a chicken salad w/out dressing and use salsa instead. You can still have a little beans and cheese if you'd like. It should be around 400cal.

The fresca menu at taco bell is pretty good too - you can do one of the burrito supremes....

2 of my favorites when I want something that isn't super "diety" is from Taco Bell: a cheesy chicken flatbread sandwich with no sauce (I don't get the sauce because it taste weird and it's 80 cal) and pintos and cheese. The sandwich is 210 cal and the beans are 160 you could also get rice instead of the beans and those are 120. So 380 or 340 depending on your choice. KFC is another favorite of mine I get a grilled chicken breast and mac and cheese for 340 calories. There mash potatoes and gravy are also pretty good they are 180 I believe.

Panera salads seem to be pretty low cal. I have struggled with this one as well.. Better to plan your meals and eat at home.

When I am on the run I almost always eat a kids meal :) most are in the 400-500 cal range, and I enjoy playing with the toy afterwards :)

always go for the "bowl" whether it be pitas, mexican, subway, taco bell, any fast food place really. Automatically reduces like 200-300 calories

That's what I do. I also make sure I have some protein bars and a water bottle with me for "emergent" situations.
