  • Sometimes I have to tell myself..... Just keep doing the right thing and eventually you will get the right results. It's hard when you don't see the scale move in the direction you want, but just keep going forward.
  • When you eat your meals, use full-fat mayonaise, butter, salad dressing..... These will help increase your overall calories without increasing the bulk. I agree with the above posters, you should be eating something for lunch. Maybe a protein shake?

  • Well, I went and mapped it out. It is just shy of 1/2 mile, so I'm counting it as 1/2 mile around (something like 4.9) anyway, that with walking to and from is good for me.... Thanks...
  • Wow, thanks for all of the replies. I can't have sugar for heath reasons, and I want to wean myself off of the Splenda. I think I will try the Stevia in the Raw and see how that goes. I just can't do the plain greek yogurt without some kind of sweetner... I am going to try adding just plain fruit jam with out added sugar…
  • I love quinoa. I cook it just like rice, but for a little longer. You can change the flavor depending on what you add to it. For something savory, try using boullion instead of water to cook it. It will take on the flavor of the boullion. For something sweet, cook it in water and then add some sweetner and raisins or nuts.…
