I enjoy supreme protein bars. I don't know about sugar content but they're great meal supplements in a pinch and when I want to feel like eating a candy bar I usually grab the smaller version of my favorite flavor.

I'm traveling today so I'm hoping the rain in SC will stop long enough to get a 3 mile run in. The hotels I pick usually have descent work out equipment. So I want to get a circuit in also.

It depends on the tempo you keep. Your HR plays a big rols in that. I have burned significantly more calories when I jump rope or run in place for 30 second between sets than just lifting and resting between sets.

I would use the almonds garlic and mix up the honey and mustard. Seems reasonable. It all about taste preference.

If you're looking at building mass stick with the program as is maximizing each set. The alternate way that you described or the push pull is good for circuit training especially if you minimize your breaks and maintain a good heart rate.

Looking at the food there seems to be lots if carbs, but not much exercise. Maybe try reducing carbs and increasing protein and when you exercise do some weight resistance circuit training.

When I stood up in a wedding I paid for my tux. I think if u ask someone to join your wedding party they should be honored to be a part of your special day and assume they are paying for their outfits. If you choose to contribute that should be your option.
