wake up, use the restroom, then weigh yourself. pick a day during the week thats "weigh in" so you dont go crazy! congrats on the 20lbs!

I get into the same situations sometimes..I read something the other day that said " One bad meal isn't going to make you fat, just like one good meal is not going to make you skinny" It's a work in progress. We currently use a ninja blender, it works for everything we need it for. Some friends of ours have a vitamix, which is awesome, but i refuse to fork out that much cash for a blender just yet. I believe we payed around 100-120.
