It really is just me not logging. I've been a lot more Mindful of my choices. I haven't logged on MFP in about 5 days but I am logging in my journal. It's been hectic. Thank you all for your feedback. To the negative people and the positive ❤️❤️ Now, time to go log!

I do an hour of boxing 3 times a week. An hour of orange theory 4-5 times a week And yoga. I don't track my yoga calories burned My heart rate monitor says I burn usually 500-600 in orange theory 400-500 in boxing. I sometimes do boxing and orange theory back to back which is in I get those high 1000 calories day burns

On my other post when I said I weigh my food.. what I meant by that was when it's not fast food I do weigh. When I eat out I don't get anything with mayo etc. For instance I eat egg mcmuffins a lot Chick fil a grilled nuggets a lot Subway turkey sandwich a lot (oil and vinegar) Eggs whites when I can from places. I do yoga (I don't even count those calories burned) Orange theory which is 60 mins of cardio and strength. I tend to turn around 550 during class Boxing 3 times a week and burn also around 5-600. I have only eaten SOME of my exercise calories back. I try to eat around 1400-1500 calories I'll set my diary public.

I use a heart rate monitor for track calories burned. I log my food and everyday have been at a 500 or more deficit. I do weight my food as well. Yeah I'm hearing mixed reviews on the eating back calories. I'm 50lbs over weight. I did plug in 2lb a week loss. Do I need to NET 1200 calories or should I just be eating more in general?

And net is AFTER the burn right??? So if I burn 500cals working out I would have needed to eat 1600cals?
