Not losing
I've been hardcore working out for a month now. Burning 600-1000 workout calories a day. The scale has not budged AT ALL. What's going on? I feel like I'm eating decent. Drinking lots of water and doing my workouts. I'm becoming discouraged.

1200 calories?
MFP has me eating 1200/cals a day. I am working out lifting weights and cardio 6 days a week. Is this number too small? Idk if maybe I should up it to 1509/cals a day? Any suggestions? Trying to lose 50lbs. Thanks

I have been using now for a week. I am exercising 5-6 times a week weight lifting and cardio. Out of curiosity.. I started the 1200 eating on Tuesday and started exericising to TurboFire on Monday. I am up half a pound this morning. I think I have been doing this right...
