Does anyone carb cycle??

I just started and today is my "low" day. I already binged a bit on a couple things but have stayed under my MFP suggestions.

Curious to know what it's like it you stop carb cycling or if you go over on low days.

I have a vacay coming up and don't want to really have to worry about watching all my nutrition but also don't want to screw up everything I'm doing now.

Are you familiar with tracking macros already? Usually it's easier to transition to carb cycling or something similar if you already have the hang of hitting one set of numbers every day, rather than trying to hit several different targets right off the bat.

I don't carb cycle with a set number of fats/carbs, but I have done high/low cal days in line with my training (low on rest days, high on training). Now I'm back to the same intake every day, workout or not. Still losing weight just the same.
The main thing is that you're hitting your numbers to reach your goal (so if that is a deficit you are actually in a deficit/or maintenance or surplus etc), regardless of how they are divided up weekly. If you are trying to do low days and over eating I don't really see much benefit to it.
