QUestions

Hello All!

I am starting this journey today. I am currently 172 (my highest weight) at 5'2 24 years old goal weight of 125.

My question to you guys is :

If I follow the MFP suggestions of how much fat, calories, carbs etc will I lose the weight? I purchased a bodymedia as well so I can track how much I burn and eat throughout the day.
