I started the 1200 eating on Tuesday and started exericising to TurboFire on Monday. I am up half a pound this morning. I think I have been doing this right... For instance, I ate 1800 calories yesterday because I burned 600 working out..,
I am 147.5 now... Do NOT want to get back into the 150's
Any advice or is the to be expected??

You just started a more intense exercise routine, your muscles are likely retaining water, which makes the scale go up but is nothing to be worried about. It's only temporary, if you were to take a day of rest you'd probably find the scale goes back down the next day after your break. Plus your body will get more used to the new routine over time. You might just want to stick to the plan (calories and exercise - and YES eat those exercise calories, especially being on the 1200 net goal, your body needs those exercise calories and added nutrition that they get you) and ignore the scale for a week or two. You might also consider taking your measurements now and then in a few weeks so you can see what kind of progress your body is really making. Sometimes the scale lies. :-)0
