How about some workout DVDs. I am way to self concsious to go to a class right now (which is one of my personal goals to over come) so I have a variety of DVDs and Wii workouts that I can do at home,

OMG! That is beyond rude. I know it can be hard, but don't pay any attention to her, she sounds like a very nasty person that really needs to take a closer look at herself. People like that really bother me, but she isn't worth your time or energy.

Hi Cat, Welcome. I know exactly what you are talking about. I also am finding it very hard to lose this weight. I am only 5' and need to lose about 55 lbs and it just not want to go away. We have rearranged our downstairs so I can start using my treadmill again and workout DVDs Feel free to add me. We can do this

I have a hard time not stepping on the scales almost every morning as well. I used to get very upset when I didn't see a good result especially after having what I considered a very good day. Water, the occasional black coffee (I was told to cut it out for health reason, bot working on that slowly), and tea. If I feel the need for flavour in my water I will sometimes add a crystal light, but that is not very often. I love almond milk but only use it when I have cereal or oatmeal, I prefer not to just drink it.

I know what you mean it really is a little overwhelming. It is shocking how all the handfuls of this and bites of that add up. I have found this site has really helped me pay more attention of what I eat and how much I move. I wish you the best on your journey to reach your goals.
