The first snowfall is always beautiful, but the 6months of it is way to much. I wish -17C was as low as we saw here (I am in Canada). We can see it get to -30C here :frown:

Lots of fruits and veggies oatmeal greek yogurt chicken fish I am sure I have left some out, but these are a must have in the house all the time.

It depends on the day and how much time I have. Some days it is cereal with berries and silk almond beverage, or fruit with greek yogurt and ground flaxseed. I find this keeps me going until lunch. I do the same thing, and right now I am dealing with a lot of stress. But this time I am determined to change my old habits. So for me I try to get out for a good brisk walk, it is good for my physically as well as gives me time to clear my head and refocus on what is important! Good luck!
