staying motivated and sticking with it. I will exercise, improve my diet and see results. I feel and look better. Life is too short to be unhappy, end it and move on. You both want different things so go find a partner that has the same wants you do.

I was doing awesome, had so much more energy, clothes were fitting, etc... then I had a few bad weeks and went back to eating way too much fast food, snacks, goodies and no exercise, and those few bad weeks turned into several bad months. sounds like we are all in about the same boat. I'm 5'4 and had about 40 lbs to lose, now about 30. hoping to get to 130's or 140. Wii Boxing and the gazelle are what I'm currently doing for exercise.

I find this interesting because I'm having the opposite feeling, as I'm losing weight I'm feeling taller :) I'm only 5'4, but I think with that extra weight I was slouching more and just looked depressed. Now I walk with my shoulders back and my head high.

A few people have commented- I'm down about 13 lbs, but I was hoping for more of a reaction LOL I'm sure at 20 or 30 it will be a real difference for me. all depends on how much weight you have to lose and where you lose it first.

I normally have Fiber One cereal or eggs for breakfast. I found eliminating bread from my diet really cut back on the calories. For lunch, normally one of these: a diet meal, tuna, fruit, etc...
