I did it!!!! Weighed in on Friday hoping to have lost a pound and had lost 2!!! Well i pigged out big time over the weekend and weighed in on Sunday to find i have gained a pound :( My own fault. So now i have 3lb to lose by December 23rd. Yipee!!!!! Lost 2lbs this week and am not at my lightest weight in around 6 years. Also chuffed to have managed to get size 12 jeans at the weekend. I just fancied the pedometer part to track milage during long walks not for everyday use. Does the FT4 calculate calories burned during swimming does anyone know? Thanks for the help :)
