You could get a scale and weight your food. This would be more accurate than just saying 1/5th of a chicken. I do this a lot at home, work, and when I visit my parents.

I did WW a few times since it was free through work and they came to the office. They did nothing to teach me how to eat healthy. They might have talked about how to read a label a few times, but mostly they talked about their food products and recipes. Nothing about developing sustainable lifelong habits.

Well, you could do this, but make sure each plate/bowl/etc you weigh and write on it. Each item, even though it looks the same, actually weighs different. I just find it easier to put my plate on the scale. Turn on (it zeros), put food on, tare, then next, then tare, etc.... Or weight separately then put in the meal prep…
