  • I won't be doing my workout until this evening....I knew my husband was going out of town and I would have the house to myself....well, the evening to myself so plenty of time to work out!!!
  • This morning was a day off all around for me but I had to make up squats from yesterday. Last night my husband and I went for about a 3 mile walk...very brisk and it was great. The weather was cool enough to need a light sweatshirt and I love that kind of weather!!

  • This morning was Core 20 again plus 10 minute stretch. This was the second rotation of this workout and I made it through much better this go round. Went for a good walk last night too. The weather was just too perfect not too!
