I'm glad I'm not the only one who caught the "suffering" part. I am on 1200 calories per day and am fine with it, I eat 1200 a day and then eat back my excercise calories if I can. Just because you eat 1200 calories doesn't mean you're suffering...it makes more sense for people to talk to their doctors about their calories…

MFP put you at the lowest amount you should eat, you just put how much you'd like to lose a week and it does it for you.

I'm 5'0" and I started at 123, I'm currently 110.8 and I'm going to 105. I want to be small but muscualr so once I reach my goal weight I'm going to up my weight lifting, and if that means I gain 5 pounds back I'll be happy knowing it's muscles!

I don't know why I didn't think about PMS!!! It's about that time and I know I usually eat more than usual but this has been crazy. Yesterday was even worse, ate 2200 calories yesterday. I'm doing better today, which is probably because I have no money for two weeks LOL

The more weight I lost the more often I would get hungry. I eat when I'm hungry, I try to stick to healthy food but it doesn't always work. If I'm craving something I'll eat, but only so much of it. Listen to your body but remember to keep portions in mind.

I sat around and ate all day yesterday!!!! NO IDEA WHY! I had planned to workout and find healthy things and insetad I shoved lots of food in my mouth. IDK what's going on! I was doing so good and now...this is how it first started... I need to find my motivation again

I'm 100% with portion control. One reason is that you're so used to eating the unhealthy stuff you might crave it if you just automatically kick it. HI, I'm Heather! I'm cutting out all drinks other than water and sugarless peppermint Tazo tea and I'm trying to stay AT my calorie goal and not over. When I go to school I now park half a mile away and the days I don't go to school I do strength training.

I measure the last Saturday of every month

I lost motivation from the scale for awhile so I not only weigh now I do my measurements too! That way when the scale says one thing I can always go to my measurments and say yea but I have lots this many inches or centimeters in since blah blah day!!!!
