I've had my FT7 for three years and absolutely love it. I've used it in the water without a problem. I bought two extra straps just to be able to rotate them after rinsing or washing them.

Thank you ladies. I believe I will listen to my BMF to calculate my calories. I am still in the losing stage, with 30 pounds to go approximately. I will also need to have a deficit to continue to lose. I have been doing it slowly, so the deficit won't be huge. I'm looking forward to starting the program. :happy:

I'm kinda worried about my driver's license. It shows me 100 lbs heavier! It is up for renewal late in the summer and I hope to be at my goal weight by then, I still have 25 more pounds to go.. I plan of taking a picture of it, just to prove to people how much I weighted and lost. :happy:

Occasionally mine would show that message. It was usually when it was directly under the bottom elastic of my bra and the elastic would roll. I try to wear it about an inch below the elastic now. Love my FT7.

The best way to track is to buy a heart rate monitor with a chest strap. Zumba calories burned is different for each individual since everyone has different instructors and different levels of workout. My HRM is a Polar FT7 and I love it.
