right now im doing it late morning ish lol. but im on break from school and i work at night. when school starts i will probably do it in the morning, but i will have to see how my schedule works out, i may do midday.

i just did day 3 of level 1 ! it was soo much easier today ! feels good =]

here are mine waist 28in hips 35in thigh 21.5 in im doing level 1 day 3 today ! probably gonna start it in like 5 minutes ! i feel sore from yesterday, mostly my legs, but not too bad

just started ! today i did day 2 on level 1. first half was h-e-l-l ! 2nd half a breezed right through ! obviously i havent seen results yet, except for being sore ! the time goes by so fast when you are doing this workout

just did my second day today ! the first half was killer, but the second half i felt great =] did measurements today as well waist 28in hips 35in thigh 21.5 in wasnt exactly sure where to measure on my thigh but i have a freckle so i decided to measure where the freckle is so i know where to measure next time !

i was drinking the special k protein shakes once or twice a day. they tasted good and made me full for a while, but i didnt seem to lose any weight and im not really sure how good they are for you. i honestly dont know much about that kinda thing, so im interested to hear more responses !

5 bite/ snickers diet you eat two snickers bars per day OR if you have good self control, 2 5 bite meals of any food. you also take a vitamin so you arent missing anything. in my younger years i tried this & i passed out on the third day.....

so i kinda did my own thing with these. i had similar ingredients so instead of going out and buying different stuff i just used what i had. i used: 1/2 cup bisquick 1 egg white 1 container sugar river dairy fruit in the bottom yogurt [blueberry] i ate half of the pancakes [made 6] for a total of 202 cal =]

my boyfriend doesnt want me to lose any weight. hes always trying to get me to eat more even though i dont starve myself or anything

usually a couple dates, but my bf we met at a bar one night, the next day went on a date, and then did it that night. i trusted him right off the bat though !

oh gosh this is making me hungry ! i get a 6" turkey on either wheat or flat bread. provolone, lettuce, green peppers, onions, and a little bit of chipotle southwest. sometimes i get pickles or jalapenos, but not often. yummm

the doctor should try a bunch on you to see what works best ! i have rigid lenses, which are horrible, i hope you dont have to have them !

i always feel fat. im 5ft2.5in and about 118/120lbs and pretty fit. my bf, friends, coworkers, etc always talk about how thin i am and i just dont see it. my bf actually told me this morning that i should eat more. what ?! =/

i have always dated really stick thin guys, but my bf of 2yrs has more muscle and a little bit of fat [hes not overweight at all hes just not a stcik] and i find him wayyyy more attractive than anyone else.

thats what happens to me too ! im pretty small [5ft2.5] andactive and i need to eat 1400-1600 cals/day to lose weight. if i constantly eat 1200 i will not lose.

i just try to stay busy. that way i dont just eat because im bored. and when i do feel like eating, i always ask myself first, am i really hungry ? if i wait ten minutes and i am i eat, if not i find something to do like walk my dog.

i would like to try this ! i broke my arm 2yrs ago and push ups hurt it sooo bad, but maybe i can make it stronger...i hope !
