jillian michaels yoga meltdown ??

so i started the 30day shred [got to level 2 day 6] but i have been having lots of neck problems and my chiro said i should stop it for awhile at least until my neck improves.

just wondering who has tried the yoga meltdown and how its worked for you ?

also, do you think it would be easier on my neck than the 30 day shred ?

  • Hi Jumperchick, I am a yoga instructor, and I would not suggest the video; not because I don't think it is a good video, but your neck could be hurting because of some of the stress from push ups and/or mtn climbers on the floor (I have done the videos). If you are going to do any yoga right now, I would do gentle stretches and not something that will make you do a lot of sun salutations ( or yoga push ups) or holding down dogs. If you want keep active and keep your neck happy try Zumba. I found a great one on youtube by Hull College.
