you arent losing because you need to eat more calories. your body thinks it is starving so it is storing everything..... up your calories to at least 1400........

I personally have found (with doing the same programs) that I have to eat a MINIMUM of 2000 calories....... I know it sounds like a TON of darn food..... I still have trouble reaching my goals to intake that much food while doing those types of programs. With Insanity i lost 5% body fat..... my weight didnt really…

I have the issue but I also have PCOS. however, i have noticed mine will skip if i am not eating enough red meats .... if my IRON is low, i dont have cycles....

Couldn't say it better..... your NET CALORIES should never be less than 1200...... your body needs a minimum of that much to even function.......

Thanks for this post, I actually have PCOS as well. I lost a TON of weight but I have been stuck now at 167 for a few months.... maybe Ill cut down on carbs and see if that changes things for me!!! Drink A BIG glass of water.... I mean BIG and GULP it do not sip it..... it works.... eventually you will not even feel like eating at night. Also you can do this right before going to bed.

I find that when I work out with my husband we both become very moody for whatever reason. totally defeats the purpose of working out for us. we do our own workouts at seperate times of the day or we both work out at the same time in different spaces at home. I prefer it that way and he does too! We also jog on our own…

I agree. If there are no drinks/partying involved.... like just going to a show with a few friends thats different ... or shopping without the spouse/SO..... thats fine..... strip clubs, parties, drinking, etc...... look at it from his point of view and would you be okay with him going out and doing the same without you?…

If you are exercising honestly for 1.5 hours a day your calories should be closer to 1800 (net about 1300) .... you need to eat more.

I just completed week one of Ripped in 30 and absolutely love it. I did day 1 of 30 day shred yesterday (as I am going to stack the two workouts) and it is very similar to ripped in 30 as far as the level 1 is concerned. I enjoy Ripped in 30 better from what I have seen and felt though. :) 30 Day Shred is very popular!

if your body is telling you it is that hungry, 1200 calories is too few. you need to EAT more calories to fuel your body properly in order to lose weight in a healthy manner..........

YES! I was 220 pounds and I am 5 foot 4. I did P90X and I absolutely LOVED it! It is a great program. Make sure you take measurements and dont just rely on your scale! Also, follow the foods they give you and if you want some of the meals from P90X2, just send me a message. I would be more than happy to give you more…

I have seen many people use the 10 minute trainer but I have not personally. it is ideal to workout 30 minutes a day, but Tony's 10 minute workouts allow you to sneak in a quick work out when you don't have time. I would suggest something more like Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 .... its a 20 minute DVD.

Yes! I use INSANITY, P90X2, and RIPPED IN 30!!! all AT HOME! I absolutely love it! It is so much more convenient than having to get things together and go to a gym. doing these programs at home allows me the flexibility and NO EXCUSE not to do it!!!! :) (plus the cost is WAYYY less than a year membership at the gym!!!)
