Week 1: - I got in about half of the water. Some days I was real good, others I didn't drink any. This was the hardest part of the challenge for me this week! - Pushups = 360 Took 1 day off during the challenge. L1D4 complete. I even moved up to the more advance cardio moves. Strength is still tough for me though...my body just doesn't seem to want to do both upper and lower together lol!

Just did my first 281 for the day! Only 219 more to go!!!!

i just did L1D4 and I have to say it was a little easier today then the other 3 days...I even moved up on the cardio to the more advance moves!! Strength is still a killer though!! I enter it under cardio as circuit training. I burn 281 calories in the 20 minutes. Good luck on your first day today!!!:smile:

I started a post yesterday to burn 500 calories a day in September, please join!! I am the same way, I will be very motivated till about the 6th or 7th day!
