Hi 15:41 miles for the week including a pb for 10k today at 56:45! Still a way to go this month but it's a good start.

I put in 4.01 miles on Sunday and 6.10 miles today to put my monthly total to 101.16 miles for the month! I am really pleased, this was the first time I have attempted to run 100 miles in a month and I am really proud of myself to have done it. Thank you for running this thread.

Hi, 6.2 miles today, giving me 23.76 miles for this week and 91.05 miles for the month so far. I should sneak my 100 miles in on the last two days of the month :)

I had a similar problem and became quite fed up. I ended up having a week off exercise and I ate and drank more than I usually did. Then I went back onto 1200 calories a day and within a week I had lost 3lb! The body is weird, I don't know how that happened but it worked and it seems to be what other people are saying too.…
