I've been active since 28th August and have lost 4.8kg (10.5lb) And that's been a slow run for me :)

Takes a bit to get your body used to less calories, it's only painful for the 1st week or two......after that it gets easier and easier. But remember, to adjust your calories the closer you get to your goal - your body wont need as many! P.S - Water is your friend lol!

Injecting what................actually, never mind :huh: You have to change your lifestyle in order to live healthier, longer and happier. Diets are fads, ie: short-lived and destined to fail!
