  • My new thing now is Eggo's whole wheat waffles (2) with 1 tbsp of peanut butter, and a little syrup on top! It is yummy and as long as you watch the peanut butter and syrup you are good! It sounds weird but is very yummy!

  • I hear that it's really good because you are actually using muscles you wouldn't normally use by regular walking. I work in a 6 floor building and when it's too hot outside or even raining I see ladies in the stairwell climbing up and down backwards! I would do it too if I wasn't such a clutz at times!! LOL
