:drinker:
I realized that when the scale seems to be stubborn, it doesnt mean Im not making progress. My scale hasnt moved much since April 15th, but ive dropped 1.5 inches on my waist and .5 inch on my arm. I know that all the weight lifting I do builds lean dense mucscle mass - so im not worried, but its still nice to SEE some sort numerical change. so Thank you Measuring tape

Amen to that!!!! I lost half an inch off my waist & my hips this past month AND some lbs... can't wait to lose some more off my thighs so I can get into smaller pants! That's my biggest obstacle right now... I could wear a smaller pant in the waist but my thighs won't fit! Soon enough...
Keep truckin', lady, sounds like you're workin' hard!!0 -
Congrats!! I just started to use the tape measure because I haven't seen much movement from the scale so I am hoping that my end result will be as positive as yours ... Great job!!0
