Ladies you have all done wonderfull. I was not a big fan of the one pound I was up today, but I will be working harder this week. I will drink my water. I will not break under the presure of junk food. I will try to get in 3 good work outs this week. Have a great week!!!

It is always hard when someone starts to exercise. When I started walking I only went one mile every night then I have worked up to walking 5 miles at least 3 nights a week. Take baby steps it will be tons easier and to be honest I still can’t run very far it kills me. I feel like I’m going to die. Hang in there things…
