Bluegill Fish

My husband is ice fishing & catching a ton of bluegill's, does anyone have a great receipe for cooking this. I usually cook it w/ Drakes mix but was looking for something w/ less calories.

  I dont see why you couldn't bake it (without a batter/coating). We've done salmon and other fish by topping with lemon, cut onion, and a little butter.

  A Bluegill Fish Fry sounds so amazing right now. I don't think I would work well with MFP but thank you for reminding me of summer. Good Luck with finding new recipes.

  I've never cooked Bluegill fish before but my husband made use pastacio crusted salmon once and it was great. It is baked not fried. I believe he used Robert Irvin's reciepe
