Goals for this week:
I WILL eat bigger breakfasts and smaller dinners
I WILL drink 64oz or more water a day
I WILL do the push-up/sit-up/squat challenges M/W/F
I WILL run twice this week

Failed on goals last week for numerous reasons.
Goals for this week:
I WILL work out 5 days this week.
I WILL drink all of my water every day.
I WILL not drink any coke.

I am happy to be very close to my first mini goal of 20 lbs! I have till Thursday 11/18 to lose the last 0.6 lbs. I hope I make it!
I will keep on track even though I am going home for a visit for 2 weeks.
This week I will exercise more!!0 -

get in minimum of 12 8oz glasses a day (I'm halfway there today!)
walk/run 25min per day 5x
up my protein intake
maintain my calories intake

On a more personal note, since Gma/pa have passed, our house is now Nick's moms since we were renting until we could get a home loan and now his parents expect us to get one like *snap* that...Nick is currently employeed and doesn't make enough to get one so I've been busting my *kitten* to find a job and no luck yet. I've been looking for awhile, but when Gma/pa's health starting going down hill I really started looking. Well, I spent much of yesterday afternoon/evening applying online and gathering apps to turn back in. Hoping something comes up so his parents can get off our backs.

Super excited to be down 2 lbs today, especially after I ate so bad yesterday!! I keep noticing that I feel bones where I never really felt them before, like my chin and jawline and my collar bones!! Now I have a week and a half to lose 3 lbs. to meet my first mini goal!
Goals this week:
NO eating out!!
Work out on all of my days off
Stay in my calories and to log everything!0 -

Whoot Whoot ladies, congrats to the losers and here are my goals this week:
-I will stay within my calories range!!!!! I can't say this enough
-I will drink anywhere between 70-100 ounces of water a day! Even over the weekend
-I will eat at least 3-5 servings of fruits and vegetables
-I will get 5 out of 7 days worth of exercising (meaning I have to workout every day this remaining week)
-I WILL be in the 230's by this time next week, Or I will die trying (lol, okay that was extreme)

Go to the gym 5 days at lunch.
Do Jilliam Michaels 30 Day Shred everynight.
Measure and weigh my food = portion control
Set another mini-goal for the weekend to keep me on track.

do you guys have any suggestions for foods that are HIGH in calories but LOW in fat, sodium, and carbs??? i'm always under on calories by the end of the night.
this week i:
will try to stop sabotaging myself with bacon fantasies.
will start the 30 day shred today!
will eat all of my baseline calories and some of my exercise calories!
will try not to go over on sodium and fat and carbs :sad:
will eat more fresh veggies.

Ladies you have all done wonderfull. I was not a big fan of the one pound I was up today, but I will be working harder this week.

I will not break under the presure of junk food.

Great goals, everyone! Here are mine:
-I will run Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (18 min, 20 min, and 25 min...hopefully)
-I will do strength training on Monday and Wednesday
-I will drink 8 glasses of water each day
-I will not go out for supper this week. I have plenty of groceries at home.

I WILL stay away from Starbuck (apart from today I totally gave into temptation having stayed away for two weeks)
I WILL make it to the 150s by next Monday
I WILL drink all of my water
I WILL rest my poor injured foot and only train when it lets me (and therefore have to be extra careful with not going over my calories).

Stirfry? Very quick and if you have enough veg at home that you can throw in it's easy on the calories as well!0 -
Bru- Good luck finding a job! Putting yourself out there is the best first step.
Numbers- I know they aren't low in fat but I always eat nuts when I need a healthy way to up my calories.
My goals for this week:
-Eat at least 1,500 calories but more than my maintenance everyday.
-No alcohol.
-Workout as planned plus hike on Saturday
-NO alcohol.
-4+ servings of fuits and veggies even on the weekends.
- did I mention no alcohol?

I was so excited to see 2 more pounds come off this week., I'm at 164.2 I am finally working on the 3rd 10 pound goal. I am hoping to loose the remaining 9 pounds by the end of the month (I want to get to 155)...that's going to be a tough one but I am willing to give it a shot. Here are my goals for the week:
drink water, water water...at least 12 cups a day.
don't cave in to the starbucks come Wednesdays (I'm a sucker for those vanilla lattes)
stay witin my calorie goals
log in every morsel (i'm usually pretty good...usually)
run hard!!!

So, my goals for last week were:
"Goals:
1) Work out at *least* 4 times this week (2 days circuit training, 2 days intervals)
2) LOG WEEKEND CALORIES - The hardest one for me. I'm at my bf's house in another town on the weekends, and my pre-portioned meals aren't very conducive to an enjoyable weekend together...plus, we like to drink :- / "
And I accomplished both. Even though logging the weekend calories was a) Painful, b) NOT FUN, c) Extremely Eye-opening. I'm definitely what they call a Weekday Saint and Weekend Sinner. But I'm taking it as a learning experience and will use this new knowledge to change my weekend habits.
This week's Goals:
1) Work out 5 days (2 days circuit training, 3 days intervals)
2) Drink at least 72oz every day
3) Stay under calories - EVEN ON WEEKEND!!!!

ok. i just ate an entire bag of broccoli... yes i melted a little reduced fat cheese and put some ground black pepper. but a whole bag of broccoli... a year ago it would have been an entire container of ben and jerrys lol0

I haven't been feeling so hot today. Just all around down. Not really physically bad just more of a psychic pain. But after kick boxing I'm feeling a little better. I'm almost done with 6.5 glasses of water only a little more to go! I really need to figure out to get my calories up. I never make it above 1,000 even on my "cheat" days.0

Thanks, Karen. It was good, except no one came. Lol. Both grandmothers came but that's it. He had a good time though and ate lots of cake and had it every where. I'll post a picture of his silly butt. He was so sleepy.

I have to bust my *kitten* this week. And you guys check up on me. I have to break this plateau. If I don't, I feel like I'll just stop completely. 4 weeks. No change. :grumble: Something's gotta give. I'll admit the past couple weekends have sucked food wise, but my c25ks are getting harder, and i'm running longer, and I really feel like this should be doing SOMETHING. UGH.
Frustrated. I guess since the first 16 lbs came off so easy, I got spoiled. Any chance I can lose 10 lbs in a month? Tips?
