I added in extra cardio each day as I didnt think 20 mins exercise was really enough, I either did some aerobics, treadmill or even just a walk to make sure there was something

Im done, managed the 300 - my legs are hurting!!! I did them in sets of 50 (25 each leg) throughout the day

Thank you Im going to do ripped in 30 now, it looks a bit different but the same type of format and Im also doing Nell McAdnrews extreme workout as well which is just cardio. I love how quickly her dvds pass when you are doing them!

Finished my 30ds today and lost 6lbs and 18 inches - pretty pleased although I would have liked a few more pounds if im honest!! Ive started ripped in 30 today and it is a killer!!! looking forward to seeing the results that it gives me though. Hope everyone is having a good monday xx

Not posted on here for ages as find it really hard to follow thread as I forget what page it was on when I was last there!!! Anyway, lost 2lbs this week, pleased with that as I had been sticking at 1lb lost for a few weeks in a row!

2 pregnancies pretty much one after another so not losing baby weight before getting pregnant again. Eating far too much each time I was pregnant - too big portion sizes and basically using pregnancy as an excuse to eat everything and anything!

Ive had 2 sections (21 months and 2.5 months ago) I had a really bad pouch but ive been doing 30ds (on day 21) and it is going, I no longer have the over hang at all, just need to finish toning up but the improvement is massive - I would really recommend it.

I use 2kg weights as well. I log it as 'circuit training-general' :)

I moved up to level 2 after 3 days as I found level 1 too easy. In the information with the dvd it just says move up when you find a level easy so thats what i did

I started 30ds at 170lbs, im now on day 20, I have lost 6lbs so far but a big loss in inches - not sure final measurements yet but I can fit into clothes that were much to tight before I started. Its a quick workout to fit into a day but with big results. I have had a diet of 1200-1500 calories but no other exercise…

Hope everyone is still enjoying the lovely weather! Woke up feeling so so ill today - sore throat, headache, earache & cold :( :( had some lemsip and taking it easy today, back shredding again tomorrow hopefully

I dont know as it says that on the 30ds you can loose 20lbs in 30 days (so 5lbs per week) but most people seem to have a lot less weight loss. The results on her workouts are very good though - I would recommend her dvds

Afternoon all - happy October :) Ive done 30ds today (day 18 but on level 3 now) and also a load of cleaning - its too hot to each much today which is good :)
