fast food ive completely given up as since eating 'real' food it tastes so bad to me. I love cakes and chocolate but cant have too much as have gluten and lactose intolerance :(

I gained weight when I fell pregnant with my first child (2009) and then 2 more children followed (2011 and 2013). Ive never had a very healthy relationship with food or exercise and pre children would probably only eat about 1000 calories a day (if that) and very little exercise. I've almost finished whole 30 so had 30 days of no added sugar, no dairy, no grains, no legumes, no beans, no alcohol etc. Im trying to decide what to do next in terms of nutrition, I hope to mainly stick to this but with some treats at times

Month 2 of insanity is my plan, next week is recovery week so I will be starting month 2 on 11th. Also, Im about to finish whole 30 and I want to keep eating clean and not go back to bad habits

Im also a stay at home mum with a 2 year old!! I currently do insanity but it is hard. I would recommend starting with something like 30day shred dvd (you can buy on amazon) its a good way back into fitness

I excluded it when doing whole30 an discovered it was responsible for a lot of digestive issues so I have no dairy now, I dont miss milk as I have almond milk instead but I really miss greek yoghurt :(

i just freeze ripe bananas (chopped in pieces) then blend in food processor until creamy

I would recommend T25 or insanity max 30 by beachbody - they are 25mins and 30 mins long but a good step up from Jillian Michaels

I take citalopram, has changed my life as was really struggling with depression and anxiety, In terms of weight loss it actually suppresses my appetite and im never hungry so has not stopped me losing weight!
