I take citalopram and it has not caused me to gain any weight at all, in fact it actually killls my appetite so I have to remind myself to eat!

Ive had 3 sections and found that things like 30day shred really helped to tone up my stomach muscles again.

I have got 3 children, aged 4, 2 and 8 weeks; all delivered by emergency c-section. I believe its absolutely possible to regain shape anfd weighr it just takes a lot of work! I never stick with level one for more than a few days as I find it too easy, I just do morw level 2 instead (done the shred a few times!)
