I am also losing baby weight, I had 2 sections In Dec 2009 & then July 2011. Im back to pre baby no2 weight but need to lose another 13lbs to get to pre baby no 1 weight now

I dont have any answers for you because I am suffering the same problem, my weight has not gone down in last month & I have a lot of stress in my life as well at the moment, I have heard that stress can stall weight loss

I dont drink so will have a go at the second challenge, I need to burn 730 a day, so far this week have been doing about 500 so will try and up for the rest of the week since seeing this challenge!

Im aiming for 3500 again, there is no way I can get to 7000! To do 3000 I need to work out for about 15hrs in the week and havent got anymore time than that! Im going to push for 3500 though as I think its challenging but realistic for me!

Final count for the week was 4159 so I managed to beat my target of 3500 :)

Today is rest day from big exercise so just done some walking and bits today- calorie burn today is 339 making my total this week 3109 so far

I would suggest 30ds, I am a mum of 2 (2yrs & 6 months) and saw a massive difference in my belly once I did it. I too now hold my weight around my belly and thighs, its so annoying! I find reverse crunches have helped a lot as well, my stomach is not flat yet but I dont have any overhang now.

600 burned today (shred it with weights & 2hr walk). 2100 for the week so far- feeling pleased with how its going so far this week!

Remember you dont have to exercise to lose weight, you need to create a calorie deficit which can be done through diet alone. I know how hard it is as I have a 2yr old & a 6 month old. I exercise when they are napping which you could do once sleep issues are sorted out xx

You are doing really well! Im aiming for 3500 again, Ive not hit it for a couple of weeks but I know I can do it this week if I add some extra walks into my workout routine as well. I'll be back later to add tuesdays calorie burn in as not finished yet!
