I am trying to get my mind set to REALLY get started tomorrow. I know, "tomorrow" always seems to be the day we all begin the journey to reach our goal, but, I have to do something... I just cannot seem to get my motivation going. Grrrrrrr...

I have rejoined MyFitness because I need more than basic motivation to lose 65 pouns. I am 57, diabetic, and have both a broken back and bad knees, with recent knee surgery. Exercise is not something to factor in on a regular basis when trying to lose weight. Any words of wisdom?
