  • I have rejoined MyFitness because I need more than basic motivation to lose 65 pouns. I am 57, diabetic, and have both a broken back and bad knees, with recent knee surgery. Exercise is not something to factor in on a regular basis when trying to lose weight. Any words of wisdom?
