HI all, thank you so much for your help. I calculate my calories burned using my HRM. I am running the c25km program at the moment, but I do in within a 5km walk run, then I run more of it after I have completed the required intervals ( if that makes any sense) I ran 1 km solid on saturday. so its possibly 3kms of running…

Such a good idea to miss that weigh in, or track it and make a note of it.. I gain about 3 kgs the week before and mostly its gone by the end of it all.

Hey, I have lost close to 50 kgs and my boobs are the one thing that annoy me, but over the last year they are getting better, i dont life, just press-ups, I like to run for exercise. But yeah see where you are at in the end, wear good quaility bras that fit correctly :)
