On average 12-16 cups/day sometimes more very rarely any less. I've noticed the more I drink the thirstier I feel, and ever since I bought a measured water bottle (32 oz Nalgene is my preference) I drink more--not sure why, just a mind game I suppose.

Mac and cheese (homemade creamy something crazy like 800 calories per serving) and my alcohol, but that's become easier recently.

I do the weight check in about once a week just because of my obsessive need to see the visual evidence in front of me, but the measurements far less often. I've started giving myself mini goals (4 weeks to reach this goal, 6 weeks etc etc) and I'll check weight and measurements on day 1, half way and the final day.

That's exactly what I came in for, a lifestyle change. MFP has been great to me so far. It's great that you are coming in with the right mindset that it wont happen instantaneously, it took a long time to gain, it'll take a while to lose too. Congratulations on taking the right steps, and Good Luck!
