If there's a planet fitness in your area, it is a great deal, I was paying $10 a month in Stratford for it! Sadly, I just moved to New Milford and there are only local, expensive places around here.

Defintely got the ok from the doctor, it's been 10 weeks so we're good to go! I got the hubby on board too!

It can be just water weight from one day to the next, so don't focus too much on it, try your best to just weigh yourself once per week at the same time of day. I'm just started 30 day shred as well so can't really help you much there, but I wouldn't worry to much about it.
