Based on this information in your post and how close you are to your goal weight, I would guess you are adding muscle weight faster than you are losing "fat" weight. You don’t have that much more to get to your goal, you may find that as you add muscle you want to adjust your goal weight.

It has become very commercialized, especially with Subway. They are constantly promoting products, this is getting old. Dave, I have 6 egg whites, five pieces of turkey bacon on whole grain bread for breakfast almost every day. It took a long time to get used to eating egg whites, as I was a big fan of yolks. Just this morning I had half a maple iced cinnamon roll...it happens, no big deal, just work it off. Keep working at it, eventually…

I was thinking the same thing...although I am not looking. Another good place is running events. Sign up for 5K, 10K, mini-marathon. There are always great looking people there that you know at least have similar interest in fitness. I met my wife at college.

Thanks for sharing your story. Congratulations on facing your demons and the liberation you are experiencing. I find with me it isn’t just “one day at a time”, it’s more like “one moment at a time”. In less than ten minutes I can completely destroy my nutrition goals for the day.
