The lemon raspberry cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory, southern breakfast including biscuits and gravy!

Move on, try to spread your overage over the next week by exercising more, not by depriving your body of food! If you were over by 1409, that would be only 200 cals more a day.

No, you're right, they don't. I just meant vary te exercises so you are hitting many muscle groups instead of the same ones over and over!

I don't know if it's been discussed, but you have to get your heart rate up during swimming to lose weight, leisurely swimming will not have nearly the affect. Also, vary the stroke you do, the number of times you stroke before breathing, etc. do some long course sets and some sprints. The theory of muscle confusion…

You all were not joking about month two being completely killer!!!!! Oh my gosh.

Third fit test today- it didn't feel great (recovery weeks have never been good for me- even as a swimmer in HS/ College I had to do a shortened taper before big meets...) but I did improve in most things- my switch kicks felt better- legs were higher, so I think better form resulted in less reps! On to month 2! Here are…

I start month 2 on Wednesday! Yikes, and I'm starting it when family comes into town, which should be interesting. Hopefully we can support each other, I'm scared too, but I REALLY want that grey t shirt!

I'm in recovery week- and even that's intense. I definitely have to modify some things- on week 2 my right knee was strained so I started doing squats instead of power jacks while it healed. Like everyone says, even they have to take breaks. Just make sure you drink plenty of water and try to keep moving even when you do…

I love the spinach and mushroom pizza! It's delicious.

Im on the recovery week between the two months. It is intense- I've never dripped sweat like I do with Insanity. When I can, I throw in a little extra cardio. I would just go by how your body feels. It definitely won't hurt your progress, but you don't want to risk injury. Good luck! I love the program so far.

I was watching the preview of this and I think it looks like pure cardio, but five days a week. It's also got some weights to it- I wonder how much it will cost- I'd be interested in trying it.
-
Ummm recovery week and I'm still dripping sweat? Well played, Shaun T. Well played!

Just ended month one, and like you, I'm. Not a hard body type. I've done pretty well, though and can't wait for month 2. I agree completely about ditching the scale and doing measurements! You better order your grey T-shirt girl, you definitely earned it! Great job!

I love Costco, their rotisserie chicken is the best!!!! They also have a roasted tomato soup that is killer.

$100/ week on average, and I do stock up on lean meats when they are on sale. We are a family of three with a dog!
-
Great job pushing through!

Month one in the bag- recovery week starts tomorrow! I already miss Pure Cardio! So, set me up on what to expect...

You eat the chocolate, I'll eat cake and we will toast to those that didn't make 'the cut'
-
Just because they got on my damn nerves. Just eat the chocolate bar and shut the f-- up already.

Large boned, broad shouldered. Goal weight ~170.

Been sick, so haven't done insanity in three days. Excited to probably get back at it tomorrow, planning to do a double so I can get back on track. I don't want to fall behind!

White Castle Lobster Brussels sprouts Beets Caviar (is that common?)

Interestingly enough- I went out in the front office after the day was over and two people both asked how much weight I had lost, saying it was 'very noticeable'! I guess they got my telepathic messages begging for a complement :)
-
3 or 4!!! I think you have a winner with dress 4, though! :)
-
I've been doing insanity for 4 weeks, dieting for 6, lost 4 inches on my waist, and still haven't gotten any comments- although I am the boss at my workplace so I wonder if people feel awkward? It is really defeating, though, when people ask me if 'I've noticed any difference' since starting Insanity... um, yeah, I have...…

I agree that you can find something most places- just be aware of the sodium content! I think Wendy's chili and grilled chicken is good, salads can be if you get a lo cal dressing (or I bring some cottage cheese because I don't like dressing), lean steaks or salmon can be found at most sit- down places, as can some form of…

Weighing is too defeating for me, too. I go by measurements, pics, and fitness.

Yes! By one pound- I think she out did Gina too, so she was truly the biggest loser.

I feel that way about a couple of them... All that skin? Who knows... They look great,
