I really wish Lisa would have won the at home- I'll be honest, I just like her better than Gina. I'm team Danni all the way!!!!

Week four, baby! I'm glad it's a rest day because I feel dehydrated, but I'm ready to go tomorrow!

Truth: my pace is about 14:30 miles, and I can walk faster than I run, but I don't feel it as much as when I jog- and, I did a half marathon and thy did close the course, even though I was below their pace. I. Was. Pissed.

Would she be willing to share her recipes?

I have a lot to lose too, but I think it's more about measurements. You will burn extreme cals, but you build muscle at the same time which is why the weight loss is less, I think! I love it, did some 30 day shred before I started to introduce myself to high impact. I'm on week 4 next week/ I hear month 2 is crazy, so I am…

Yummy! Thanks for all the ideas!

Turkey/ham on Parmesan bread, inside dug out (too much bread), with spinach, tomatoes, pepper jack cheese and cucumber toasted, with a side of honey mustard. I love the meatball too but never get it because of the cals. I love Subway.

Eggs, roasted red pepper hummus, cottage cheese! Making myself hungry!

You all are really making me nervous about month two. I'm almost through week 3, so only a couple weeks until the s--t hits the fan, eh?
-
Awesome! You can really tell in the side and back shots! Amazing. I'm doing insanity now and I hope to get great results, too!

Cottage cheese and pretzels- sometimes together, sometimes not...

You all have made me feel so much better!!!!! You have no idea how much this exact thing has bothered me. I'm glad to know its not just my body!
-
We probably have the same body type! I'm trying to focus on measurements and fitness, although it is frustrating! What exercise are you doing? I'm doing insanity right now.

I'm at two months, still haven't gone down a size in pants- they're baggy, but still fit my hips. I think it depends on where you lose- I've lost 4.5 inches from my waist but only 2 from hips so far. I am down in shirts, from an XL to L.

ARC trainer!

Hi everyone, didn't know this thread was here! I'm Allyson, from Louisville, KY. I am starting week 3 of insanity. I did some of the 30 DS before starting, and I'm glad I did because I think it prepared me (if anything can prepare you). I have quite a bit of weight to lose, but I'm more focused on fitness and measurements.…

Fit test two comparison: Here are my two week stats- first number is initial fit test, second was today. I'm doing insanity right now (starting week 3) and need to lose about 80-90 lbs! I would suggest trying some of the 30 day shred before you start insanity. I did cycles 1and 2 combined with some cardio before staring and I feel it was really beneficial. The 30 DS videos are available for free on YouTube. Insanity is very…

This is my third time- last time I was doing well and got injured (shin fracture diring a half marathon). I got disappointed and stopped logging. This is my year, I'm not focusing on the scale, but more n my fitness and measurements. I am currently trying insanity and doing the ARC trainer, and I feel better and my…

Through week two today. Rest day tomorrow, then fit test. Still modifying some moves due to the knee, but still get a great workout!

Family fun night at home- movie and popcorn! The joys of parenthood!

From Monroe, MI- now live in Louisville, KY!

I took an unscheduled rest day today- busy day at work, and the knee probably needs it- I iced it last night and it felt better this morning, but after a long day t work it was hurting. Including walking down stairs. So, I'm going to hit it tomorrow- Plyo is on the calendar but I may go for cardio and resistance. My…

Zumba or aqua Zumba?

Changing the calendar just a bit- cardio recovery today and plyo circuit in the morning! I got home late from wok and told a friend I'd go to th gym, so cardio recovery will suit! I'm kind of dreading plyo. It goes by quick, but it's so hard!

That's great! Be careful, we are in this to finish it!

Did a little research, it looks like I strained the exterior ligament on my right knee- it does not affect me walking, etc, it mainly affects moves like power jacks. So, I'm modifying those for a bit to see if it will heal. I still get a killer workout- I can do most thinkpgs, just not the moves where my knees go outward…

Into week 2. Sore knee, but okay otherwise. I really like the program so far although its definitely the toughest workout routine I've ever done!

I saw the fancy rolling pin that was posted and that will work, but I used the kitchen appliance one that I never use- regular old woodn rolling pin. It really helped a bunch! My calves are good, now it's my knees hurting a bit! Did Power cardio and resistance today. Killer.
